Affirmation: LGBTQ Mormons, Families, and Friends is an international organization with areas, regions, and chapters organized around the world. Wherever The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has a presence, Affirmation seeks to be there to provide support for LGBTQ individuals who find themselves at the challenging crossroads of sexual orientation, gender identity, faith, and relationship with the Church.
The Affirmation Latin America Area includes Mexico, Central America, South America, and much of the Caribbean. On this page, you’ll find information on upcoming Affirmation events and news from about this area relevant to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer Mormon and Latter-day Saint community.
