Over 400 attendees gathered for the Evening of Affirmation during the 2014 Affirmation Conference

Dear 2014 Conference Family,

It’s hard to imagine it’s been two weeks since we gathered together for our annual conference in Salt Lake City.  What a wonderful opportunity we had to be together in the spirit of friendship and acceptance.  Thank you for adding your presence and love.   As you encounter challenges in the coming year, remember the spirit you felt during this conference to help you move forward with confidence and joy in your life.

Conference content (videos, talks, etc.) will become available on our website in the coming weeks.  To view photos of the conference, join our Affirmation Facebook group where the great photographer, Emric Delton, has posted the beautiful pictures he took for us.

The conference committee would like your help as we reflect on the weekend and what could be even better next year.  Please take a few moments to fill out a brief survey.  Your feedback is much appreciated.

Finally, help us take the gift of Affirmation to the world!  Donations, great and small, are needed to fulfill our vision in the USA and abroad.    In addition to our local and national events, Affirmation: LGBT Mormons, Families, and Friends has proposed several regional conferences, including Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe.  The need is great!

Join us in this great effort by donating to Affirmation.  A group of anonymous donors has agreed to match all donations made between now and the end of October, up to $5,000!  And please note that 100% of the money raised will go directly to international initiatives like these.  Affirmation is run by volunteers; no one is paid for their service. Donate by clicking here.

God be with you till we meet again.

Blessings,

Affirmation Conference and Executive Committees
